Below are just a few of the Siberians in our program who are looking for loving homes. Not all of the dogs make it onto the site because they are matched before that. Kenzie

Meet Kenzie! She is about 1 year old, 45 lbs and looks awfully similar to a purebred Husky. In her foster home, she is house trained and crate trained, although does whine a little when first crated. In addition, she's a great leash walker and enjoys accompanying her fosters on long walks, hikes, and runs. Kenzie is very forward and comes on strong when playing with other dogs, making her a bit much for some pups. With this in mind, she'd probably be best suited as a solo dog, but that is not set in stone. She could join a home with kids 10+ since her zest for life and people make her liable to accidentally knock over a small child. As far as cats go, we don't know how she is with felines friends, but could test her for serious applicants. Since Kenzie not only looks like a Husky but acts and talks like one too, she'll need a home where her beautiful singing voice will be welcomed and not threatened to be evicted. A fenced yard and breed experience is mandatory.

Her foster says, "Kenzie is a sweet, energetic cuddle bug who would love to be your next running or hiking buddy! She is house and crate trained, loves toys and people (including visitors and friends she meets out and about!) she would prefer to be the only dog because she likes her toys and indoor space to herself, but she does fine passing other pups on leash. She has run up to four miles with us on leash, and keeps a nice even pace on runs. She also loves the car and does great with her basic commands!"

She is available for adoption in Dartmouth, MA. Please fill out an application on our website as a first step.
