Available Dogs

Ladies and gents, introducing Potato. Despite his name, don't expect a couch potato. He's a typical high energy two year old boy that is looking for a suitable high energy adopter. Look at those killer ice-blue eyes!  He is available with his mother, Luna (from Lunenburg). These two are awaiting adoption together. He has been raised by a husky-savvy owner that has just added to her human pack. Surprise! He and his mother are active and intelligent dogs that need the attention they got before the human baby arrived. 

He has no really bad habits. Isn't being a potential escape artist and having high energy part of being a husky?  He is neutered, UTD on all his shots and vet visits and is well socialized. He is well behaved, gets along with other dogs and is very fond of humans. He's not the snuggly lap dog that his mother, Luna, is. He's affectonate enough, just a little more reserved. He's had solid basic training, is housebroken and crate trained. Potato has the very common husky trait of being highly prey driven.  Please do not apply if you have other small animals on your property.  If you have nearby small farm animals it is recommended you have triple security and perhaps only children who are old enough to not leave doors open by accident.

Potato and Luna are a bonded pair and their owner would like them to be adopted together. She'll want a firm agreement that they'll be returned to her in the event the adoption doesn't work out.
