Available Dogs

Below are just a few of the Siberians in our program who are looking for loving homes. Not all of the dogs make it onto the site because they are matched before that. Charlotte

Charlotte is one of the most unique looking huskies we have seen at UVHS. She is a beautiful girl who needs a home where she can learn to come out of her shell. Charlotte would do best with a calm, confident dog who can show her the ropes. She absolutely loves playing in a fenced in yard with her doggy playmates. New things are quite scary for her, so Charlotte needs a patient owner who can show her how fun being a dog really can be! It will take time, patience, training, and a whole lotta love, but she will reward her family with unconditional love and loyalty in return! Call us today if you think you have what Charlotte needs!

Charlotte's adoption fee is just $150 in April!

Sienna

Sienna is a sweet young 6 month old pup who learns the daily routine quickly. She definitely wants to be with her doggie or human companions. She is crate trained and does well in the crate when the humans are away from the house. She rides well in the car and loves to play outside, chase a ball or chew on her favorite bone. She is outgoing, energetic, and loves to snuggle at the end of the day.

Mya & Sierra

Meet Mya and Sierra! Mya is a 4 year old Siberian Husky that came to the shelter with her "sister" Sierra when their owner could no longer care for them. They previously lived with another Husky, and do well playing with dogs here in playgroups. They also lived with cats and did well with them aside from sometimes trying to play too much with them! Mya and Sierra are your typical Huskies who love to play and romp and are very vocal! Mya and Sierra love to go for car rides and stick their heads out the window and feel the wind in their fur. They are very friendly with people - friends and strangers alike! These girls love each other and we would like to find them a home together. Mya and Sierra are best friends, but they are open to joining another dog in the home after a meet and greet here at the shelter to ensure a good fit. If you want to grow your family by two fuzzy friendly girls, look no further than Mya and Sierra! If you are interested in adopting this pair, please submit a dog adoption application on our website www.apcsm.org/dog-adoption-application - and a staff member will reach out to you to discuss further!

Rohn

Rohn was born into a "backyard breeder" apartment home that was overpopulation with both dogs and cats. he were loved and fed; there was no neglect. But he has not been socialized outside the home, have not experience the world. He is housebroken and crate-trained, used to living with kids, dogs, and cats. Rohn is are extremely friendly, including strangers and men, he do not know basic commands/recall, as he "never needed" them as an indoor/crated dog.  He is estimated to be around 1 year old.

Riley

Have you seen a more beautiful girl?  Of course not!  I am so beautiful as I am probably mixed with Malamute.  I am a super good girl but my situation is not one that I can stay in. My Mom took me in because I had no other place to go but she works a lot and I am not getting the attention and exercise that I need.  I think I am about 4 years old.  I am spayed and up to date with all my shots.  I am currently in Brockton MA.  I get along with kids, other dogs, and people. I love my car rides and of course my walks!  If you are looking for a model house dog who loves adventures…I am your girl!

Please note that Riley is not with PSHR.  To inquire about Riley please email [email protected].

Toby

This handsome young man was surrendered to the shelter when his owner experienced health issues.  At just 2 years old, Toby still acts like a puppy and is very entertaining!  Typical of a Husky, he is vocal and happy to share his every thought with you.  Toby can happily entertain himself but would enjoy a fence-in yard to stretch his legs and throw his ball around.  He would likely do well in a family with children, but he seems like he wants to be a solo, so no other dogs, cats or small animals please!  Preference will be given to applicants with Husky experience.

Toby is not with PSHR.   Please reach out to Mansfield Animal Shelter at http://www.mansfieldshelter.org/ADOPTING/DOGS_PAGE_1/dogs_page_1.html
