Sasha came from a home where she was well loved, but it seems they did not have the resources to properly vet and feed her. Her new home is very understanding and very patient. Her new Mom wrote us, "Sasha's favorite piece of furniture to lay on is the same one that Max [other dog] and John [husband] like to lounge on as well. So, one evening after my husband came home from work, Sasha decided to join him to have a relaxing night of it!" We recently heard again from Sasha's owners with an update: "Sasha is up to 48 pounds from her mere 33 when we adopted her last February, and she is in excellent health and has not had a seizure since9/23/03! She is very playful and continues to seem more happy and content with her new family. She and the cats have become best buds - one of the pictures attached is Sasha with her 15 pound purry buddy Woods snoozing on their fave spots on the coach beside the fireplace (our cats are Tiger and Woods)."
