Frosty was taken in as a foster dog by one of our rescue volunteers. She quickly fell in love with this older sibe and
he'd decided he had found his "forever home" with her. Frosty had the companionship of another older siberian, Boomer, at his new home. His new mom wrote, "Basically, an older dog is all the love minus some of the challenges of a frolicsome youth.
To make an older dog happy, especially one that seems to really appreciate it, is very rewarding. Truthfully, I cannot walk 2 of my other siberians at the same time. They would kill me as they are trained in harness every one of them...and just are addicted to speed and checking out what's next on the trail."
Frosty has since passed on to Rainbow Bridge, and he is greatly missed by his adopted family.
